Open Cydia, and go to Manage and then Sources. 2. Press "Edit" (top right), then "Add" (top left). 3. Type http://cydia.hackulo.us and press "Add Source", then "Add Anyway". 4. Go into "Hackulo.us", and look for "Installous". 5. Press "Install" (top right), and wait for it to install.
