If you will have Internet access the day of your presentation: 1. Open up PPT and click on the Office logo button. 2. Select PowerPoint Options then check "Show Developer tab..." 3. On the Developer tab, select "More Controls" from Controls section. 4. Select Shockwave Flash Object from list. 5. Drag and draw where you want video on your PPT slide. 6. Right click box and select Properties. 7. Find video URL on YouTube. 8. In YouTube URL, delete watch? and replace the = with a / 9. Place revised URL in Movie field in menu from Properties right-click. 10. Ex out of Properties menu. 11. Video embedded. If you will NOT have Internet access the day of your presentation: 1. Download Mozilla Firefox (web browser) from Mozilla.com 2. After downloading, in Firefox, click on Add-Ons on Mozilla.com 3. Search for Video Downloader Helper 4.6 4. Click on download. Restart browser when told. 5. Go you YouTube, Google Video, wherever you find your video. 6. Notice the three circling circles when you're on a page with video. 7. Hit down arrow on the Circling Circles (Video Downloader Helper). 8. Select "Download and Convert" from list. 9. Select WMV as video format. 10. Save converted file when prompted. 11. Open up PPT and choose Insert from ribbon then Movie then Movie from File. 12. Choose recently converted video. 13. Resize, move video where you want it. 14. REMEMBER!
