Using your laptop's wireless card as an Access Point to give your PSP (or other devices) access to the internet, saving you the need to buy a router for your wireless devices.(1 of 2) DISCLAIMER: Not every wireless card can do this. If your's does not have this ability (usually called "operation mode" in the hardware configure section). You have 3 options: 1. Buy Datel's WiFi Max For PSP, it will do the job for you. 2. Buy a wireless router, more expensive but it has more funtionality that the Wifi Max. 3. Get software that will do this for you, generally called "softAP" - EXTREMELY hard to come by.
