How to achieve a heavy swoop band with a sew in. This video shows step by steps on what braid pattern to use, track placement, weft folding and how to create the look with the option of wearing a high ponytail. Folding the wefts rather than cutting them will help prolong the life of your wefts and sew in install. The braid pattern in this video can be altered to achieve different styles. Just switch up the shape of the leave-out. For the high ponytail, you must leave out your edges and nape. Just about an inch should be fine, but please take into consideration how full your edges and nape are and leave out enough hair to cover the tracks.
