This guide will teach you how to add plugins into your adobe after effects. I'm headed for hawaii so im real tired so this video was made sort of reall quick. When i get back ill write the step by step out so you can see it in written but basically here's where the files go if you dont cetch it in the movie. remember to replace the Drive with C: or whatever drive you installed after effects at. It may appear harder then it really is. But lettss sayy, you wanted to buy Cycore FX HD, since I can't put links into anything. You would have to google that. It's about 600 dollars. It would give you a winrar file, so you would extract Everything in it into a folder, into this directory E:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 7.0\Support Files\Plug-ins The E:\ is whatever drive you installed it on, in most cases thats C:\ In this folder will be 2 folders already, "Professional" and "Standard" After you extract the new plugins into this folder you should have 3 Professional, Standard, and "Cycore" as an example. The plugins that you extracted should be in that folder and not a sub folder, meaning... All the extracted plugins should only have 1 folder, for example E:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 7.0\Support Files\Plug-ins\"""CycoreFX HD 1.6""" Once inside the CycoreFX HD 1.6 it should be only plugins. No other folders. So it cannot be E:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 7.0\Support Files\Plug-ins\CycoreFX HD 1.6\"""Cycore Plugins""" - that would be wrong. So in simplicity, find some adobe after effects plugins, download them. Extract them with winrar to E:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 7.0\Support Files\Plug-ins\ Make sure they are in there seperate folder And you should be done, make sure no adobe products are running during this process.
