I designed the map, lighting, placement, textures, etc using EA Games' in-house "Wordbuilder" software, utilizing the preexisting B4ME 3D models, tiles, and animation, of course. It was judged by both B4ME.org and EA GAMES: L.A. staff to be: - Well balanced, detailed, and fun to play - All factions have equal access to resources - Has AI support for single player skirmishes - Creative and beautiful, yet plays on the average computer - Holds well to the spirit and style of B4ME 7: "The Cute Death" (Photoshop) 8: "Saruna Imara" (Guache on paper) 9: "Faberge Dragon" (Photoshop & GIMP) 10: "Portrait of Charles Darwin" (Graphite on paper) 11: "Warcraft Toon" (Photoshop & GIMP) 12: "Rob & Kelly: Duck Surfers" (Graphite on paper) 13: Karst Guerrillas (Photoshop) 14: "Namia" (Photshop & GIMP) 15: "Rivali" (Photoshop & GIMP) 16: "Map de Avana" (Oil on canvas & PP work in GIMP) 17: "Mask-o-Lantern" (Watercolor on paper) 18: "Cloth and Mugs" (Oil on canvas) 19: "Floyd's Scream" (Watercolor on paper) 20: "Penguin's Revenge: Character Sheet" (Photoshop) 21: "Bowling Ball & Pitcher" (Graphite on paper) 22: "Pat's Workflow" (Photoshop & GIMP) 23: "Steampunk Pigsy 3D: Concept Sheet" (Photoshop, GIMP, & ZBrush) 24: (3D model): "Steampunk Pigsy" (Zbrush - 10mil polygons) Contact Information: Pat Thompson Environment & Concept Artist Generalist & 3D Modeler Traditionally-trained Illustrator patthompson008 at gmail dot com https://sites.google.com/site/pathompsonsartwork/ As of October 2011 I am actively seeking: Full-time Positions Freelance & Commissions Contracted Projects Featured Music: "Let's Go Trippin'" by Dale, Dick, and his Deltones code pour embarquer la vidéo : >>> http://www.youtube.com/embed/dff3rz_aulo <<< |
