EDIT (02-13-2009): PLEASE READ THIS NOW. IT HAS IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
I thought I would inform/warn everybody who watches this video that it IS OUTDATED/INACCURATE. I am not sure if my dual-boot setup was done correctly; it DID work, I am just not sure if my setup was how it should have been. I have removed all previous links that were here before. I don't want to just leave this inaccurate video on YouTube without providing some more accurate information, so I have compiled some resources below that will hopefully guide you in your process of dual-booting XP and Vista on a Sony Vaio VGN-N220E:

uTorrent-
http://utorrent.com/download.php

.torrent file (for Vista Recovery Disc)
http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/download-windows-vista-x64-recovery-disc/
(Scroll down and select "Windows Vista Recovery Disc x86 edition")

ImgBurn-
http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
(Select Mirror 7)

EasyBCD-
http://neosmart.net/dl.php?id=1
(Scroll down until you see the blue download button)

Hottfix (for sound driver)-
http://couponmeister.com/blog/HD_Audio/KB835221.exe

Drivers-
Some time after I had made this tutorial, Sony put many XP-compatible drivers for the VGN-N220E up on their website.
You should use these instead of the ones that were up here previously (that I took down). Here is the link to those drivers:
http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-list.pl?mdl=VGNN220E&SelectOS=7

Correctly dual-booting-
As I said earlier, I don't think my dual-boot configuration was correct, so here is a link that will hopefully help you set up a correct dual-boot configuration:
http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2007/10/06/how-to-dual-boot-vista-and-xp-...

A quick note about the sound driver:
I believe the video should still be correct on how to install the sound driver: simply download and install the hottfix (link is above) on XP, not Vista, and then restart your computer. Ignore any "Found new Hardware Wizards" that popup before you restart; just restart your computer. Boot back into XP, and eventually you should see a "Found new Hardware Wizard" popup. Follow the wizard, which should install the sound driver.
