As Amazon's (NASDAQ:AMZN) Kindle Fire smoke sales, rumor has it that Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) may try to compete in early 2012 with a iPad mini. In a note to investors sent out today, Ticonderoga Securities analyst Brian White with Apple suppliers saying, "Our research is pointing to the unveiling of a lower priced iPad in the first few months of 2012 that is aimed at expanding the company's market potential by tapping into a more price sensitive consumer segment. Essentially, this 'iPad mini' will also fend off the recently announced Amazon Kindle Fire that addresses the low-end tablet market with a $199 price tag but could lead to bigger tablet ambitions from the online retailer in the future." Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN) has a potential upside of 3% based on a current price of $240.3 and an average consensus analyst price target of $247.46. code pour embarquer la vidéo : >>> http://www.youtube.com/embed/NWGi4hxmBKU <<< |
