In this video I show you how to get rid of annoying background noise that's in your video, with the free and open source audioeditor Audacity. Its available for Windows/Mac and Linux and you can find it at http://audacity.sourceforge.net I use Eemma's video where she complaints about the Mac support as an example but it should work on any video where the noise is very consistent, like a lot of webcams have.
