Movie Maker version 6.0. Earlier versions may not have as many text and animation choices. The whole Windows Movie Maker "Light" series can be seen at http://easytechonline.com or http://youtube.com/user/kristigott (1) Go to Tools, Titles and Text, and select where you want to put the text (as a title, on a separate clip before a selected clip, as an overlay, or as a credit. (2) Select Animation and test some of the choices to decice if you want the text to appear without moving, scroll, zoom in and so on. (3) Select Fonts, Colors and Sizes (4) Click Add Title (even if it's a caption) to add the text.
