This an updated tutorial on how to create an animated gif image using the popular image manipulation program GIMP 2.0. My previous version was done in the outdated GIMP 2.4, and I have been getting a lot of requests lately for an updated version. So I have broken my recent absence in order to make one. And perhaps more videos will be on the way later. Anyway, GIMP 2.0 is a free program under the GNU public license. It's about the closest you can get to photoshop for free.
