Sorry) Blue Headscarf: Dancer's Court (should be at start of game with the bundles of prize bubbles) Wooden Sword: Ace "The Wedding Reception" Kabuki Robe: Download it for free at psn store look for "Kabuki Actor" Wellington Boots: Get all costumes from the level "subway" and you will unlock the boots when you get 100% on prize bubbles OPTIONAL:If you don't want to use a wooden sword then you could just use a monkey staff which can be obtained for free from the psn store. Look for the Monkey Costume to get the staff. This is gonna show you how to make the grim reaper/death costume. You can either watch this and do it or go to my level.
