BVKSR Muddle and Go Nowhere 50 GalaOver the weekend of the 7/8 March, after the hubub of the North Norfolk Railway 'That's Yer Lot' main gala day, the BVKSR held their own commemeration of the closure of the East Anglian Railway Network. Star Guest in the form of Ivatt 2MT 2-6-2T 41264 from the West Bridgeford Railway was joined by LNER B12 4-6-0 8544, V1/3 2-6-2T 466, and Bulleid Unrebuilt Battle of Britain Pacific 34090 'Sir Eustace Missenden, Southern Railway' (renumbered to 34057 RAF Biggin Hill, which worked in East Anglia for a time in 1956). The weekend was ran with regular service trains from Malton to Kranflite with B12 8544 operating 2 round trips from Kranflite to York and back on the 2 LNER Clerestories.
