Aquest edifici pertanyé al poeta, periodista, polític i patrici de la Renaixença catalana en terres valencianes, en Teodor Llorente i Olivares. There is a restoration of two flats in a building built around 1880 in València. This building was belongged to poet, journalist, politician right wing and Catalan Renaissance' patrician in Valencia's kingdom, Lord Teodor Llorente i Olivares.
