Loha, which means "steel", brings us through a journey of storm and peacefulness, as a metaphor of this metal which is as flexible as it is resistant. The costumes, the lighting and the music composed and played live by Ganesh Anandan and Rainer Wiens are united to create a coherent and intimate ambiance showing a magical chemistry between the dancers, the musicians and the public. Roger Sinha reveals his Indian heritage and returns to his roots to nourish the contemporary expression of his reality. Loha est un duo interprété par Roger Sinha et Natasha Bakht qui fut très chaudement reçu par le public lors de sa présentation en coproduction au Festival Danse Canada 2000. Roger Sinha et Natasha Bakht ont charmé le public avec cette pièce et nous maintiennent désormais dans lattente de sa deuxième partie, Thok (skin). Loha, qui signifie « acier », nous transporte dans un voyage de tempêtes et de sérénité, à limage de cet alliage à la fois malléable et résistant.
