samogar art galleryEASA 2002 ::network workshop:: 500 young architecture students occupied Samogar's derelict army barracks on the beautiful island of Vis, Croatia. Don Foresta tutored the ::network workshop:: One of the tangents the group went off on was to transform a derelict building into a temporary art gallery. Different events and experiences happened here during what was a really magical time. Don was part of the MARCEL network http://www.mmmarcel.org/ Every year since 1981, hundreds of European students of architecture have gathered each summer to discuss and work with architecture, student to student. These summerschools are organised by EASA (European Architecture Students Assembly) and happens in a new place and with a specific theme for each year. During the two weeks of the assembly, visions and experiments grow from workshops, tutored and arranged by architecture students. It is an important and inspiring gathering, with a scope that extends beyond the 400 participants and organisers. Anyone who has ever attended an EASA summerschool will have stories to tell about architecture, friendship and new ideas. http://www.easa.tk/ http://easa.antville.org/ EASA 2008 @ IRELAND: http://www.easa008.ie/ FUSPEY: fun - sustainable - peaceful - existence http://fuspey.wikispaces.com/ code pour embarquer la vidéo : >>> http://www.youtube.com/embed/s-AWMdKcX_Q <<< |
